HM congratulates Ecuador president

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has congratulated President Lenin Moreno of Ecuador on the occasion of his country’s Independence Anniversary. His Majesty the Sultan expressed best wishes to President Moreno and the people of Ecuador.
