SALALAH: The Sultan Qaboos Hospital, Salalah, inaugurated the second cardiac catheterisation lab at the Cardiology Centre under the auspices of Dr Ali bin Talib al Hinai, Under-Secretary for Planning Affairs at the Ministry of Health.
