HM greets new Paraguay president

The Sultanate participated in the inauguration ceremony of the new President of Paraguay, Mario Abdo Benitez. During the ceremony, Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Issa al Harthy, the Sultanate’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, conveyed greetings of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos to the new president along with His Majesty’s best wishes of growth to the joint relations between the two friendly countries. On his part, the President of Paraguay expressed his greetings and appreciation to His Majesty the Sultan and thanked him for his participation in the inauguration ceremony. The ceremony was attended by a number of presidents and representatives of countries from all over the world.
