Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said on Tuesday issued a Royal Decree No. 21/2018 ratifying the Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement (EPSA) signed by the Ministry of Oil & Gas with Lebanese upstream oil and gas firm PetroLeb SAL for Block 57 in the southwest of the Sultanate. The Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement for the 2,262 sq km license, also known as the Al Afif concession, was signed in January this year. --ONA
