Request for monthly medicines through WhatsApp

Muscat: The Royal Hospital has announced that patients can request for their monthly quota of prescribed medicines through a WhatsApp number 71555262. The service is available from 7 am to 11 am on the same day in the office hours from Sunday to Thursday. The subscriber should send a message with the patient file number or a clear photo of the file number. The patient will receive the monthly prescription after an hour and a half from the time of sending the message to the pharmacy. Medications must be received before 3 pm of the same day.
