Major crackdown on bootlegging in Muscat

Muscat: The Department of Inquiries and Criminal Investigation in Muscat,  jointly with the Athaiba police station, arrested four expatriates of an Asian nationality in the areas of Ghala Industrial and Jiffnin for bootlegging of alcoholic beverages. A large quantity of  bottles were seized from the defendants and the case has been referred to the prosecution for further proceedings. [gallery size='full' ids='486669,486670,486671']
