Expats arrested for forged medical certificates

Muscat: The criminal investigation department, led by the North Batinah Governorate police, arrested two Asian expatriates on charges of forgery of important official documents. As per the details, the Civil status in North Batinah discovered that some medical certificates submitted to them were to be forged and fake. Following the investigation, the police seized six visas and medical examination papers from the accused. The matter has been referred to complete the legal formalities.
