Farewell to Italian Ambassador

MUSCAT: Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdallah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, received in his office on Thursday Giorgio Visetti, Ambassador of Italy to the Sultanate, to bid him farewell at the end of his tour of duty in the Sultanate. Alawi wished the ambassador success in his future assignments, and the bilateral relations between the Sultanate and the Italian Republic permanent progress and growth. The meeting was attended by officials at the Foreign Ministry. Alawi receives Palestinian official: Separately, Alawi received at the General Diwan of the Foreign Ministry on Thursday Maj Gen Jibril Rajoub, Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee.
