Illegal expatriate fishermen arrested in Salalah

Muscat: A total of 21 expatriates were arrested in Rasyut following a campaign initiated against illegal fishermen operating without permits. Three boats were also seized from these illegal fishermen from them,  a statement from the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries said on Tuesday. The campaign has been carried out in all coastal regions of the city to control illegal fishing practices.
