Course in contemporary media

MUSCAT: Deliberations of the first stage of the Institutional Leadership Diploma in Contemporary Media, organised by the Ministry of Information in cooperation with the Integrated Development Centre (IDC), were concluded on Thursday. The first stage aimed at effectively developing the skills of the staff to perform their leading role in the ministry according to institutional methodology to achieve best results in an effective institutional framework. Sixteen employees from various departments of the ministry participated in the Institutional Leadership Diploma in Contemporary Media in which Dr Abdullah Jawdat, Samir al Rifaie and Amal al Rifaie gave lectures. Participants who complete the diploma requirements and standards are awarded a diploma accredited by Global Academy for Consulting and Training (GACT), UK, along with a certificate in Influence Leadership from the US National Institute of Leadership and Charisma. — ONA
