New dam to come up in Wilayat Al Mudhaibi

October 1--- The Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources will set up Wadi Al Oyun Dam in the Sharqiyah North Governorate. The dam is expected to support the underground recharge system. The new dam has a storage capacity of 750,000 cubic metres of water. Meanwhile, the upcoming project will contribute to the recharge of the groundwater reservoir, in order to develop water resources in Al Oyun area and the other places locating beneath.
