Expatriate killed in 'run over' incident in Oman

Muscat: Following an intensified investigation, officers from Saham Police station, in cooperation with the criminal investigation Department of the North Batinah government, arrested a citizen on charges related to a 'run over' incident that killed an expatriate. The accused escaped from the scene after hitting the victim, said the ROP in a statement on Thursday.
