Five expats arrested for stealing phones

Muscat: The Department of Criminal Investigation at Seeb police station arrested five Arabs for stealing mobile phones from shops, citizens and residents, a statement from Royal Oman Police said. The case has been referred to prosecution to complete the legal formalities.
