Muscat: The Ministry of Manpower has issued a new notification regarding the use of its online services from November 1, 2018
'All non-profit institutions (embassies, mosques, churches, sports clubs, NGOs, community schools, consulting offices, law firms) must register with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to make use of the ministry's e-services,' a statement said.
