House raided for preparing food for commercial activities

Muscat: In  collaboration with Royal Oman Police (ROP) and the Public Prosecution, health inspectors from Muscat Municipality raided a house in the souq area of Muttrah where food was being prepared for commercial activities. As the unauthorized activity was carried out in unhealthy conditions, large amounts of cooking materials and prepared food were confiscated to stop their commercial distribution.
