Attempt to smuggle narcotics foiled at Muscat airport

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police on Wednesday foiled an attempt to smuggle narcotic substances via Muscat International Airport. 64 plastic bottles of marijuana were seized. An Asian was arrested on charges of possessing narcotic substances. The accused has been transferred to the prosecution for further proceedings.
