Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, pardoned 298 prisoners, including 140 foreigners, convicted in different cases. The Royal pardon coincides with the 48th National Day and Holy Prophet Birthday (PBUH).
