Chanting festival to open today

Muscat: The Ministry of Education will organise National Student Chanting Festival on Monday. The festival will be inaugurated by Sayyid Fatik bin Fahr al Said, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Heritage and Culture. The festival aims at developing students’ talents, honing their skills and instilling principles of patriotism in them.
