Muscat: In preparations for Muscat Festival 2019, the main organising committee said that Nassem and Amerat parks will be closed from December 2.
Muscat Festival will be held from January 10 to February 9, with events starting daily at 4pm and concluding 11pm at night during week days, and until 12 pm on weekends.
