Oman Air says Cairo flight diverted to Kuwait

Muscat: Oman Air in a statement said that its flight WY405 from Muscat to Cairo was diverted to Kuwait on Thursday.
'Oman Air flight WY405 (Muscat to Cairo) was diverted to Kuwait Airport due to technical reasons,' the statement read.
'Upon arrival, all guests were met and assisted by Oman Air’s Kuwait Airport staff. Our teams are making all necessary arrangements to re-accomodate all affected guests to their final destination through an alternative flight.'
The airline also apologised for any inconvenience this incident has caused.
