HM confers Al Numan on China envoy

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos conferred Al Numan First Class Order on Yu Fulong, the outgoing Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Sultanate, in appreciation of his efforts to boost bilateral relations. The order was presented to Fulong by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidi, Secretary-General of the Foreign Ministry, at the Sultanate’s Embassy in Beijing on Sunday. Dr Shaikh Abdullah bin Saleh al Saadi, Ambassador of the Sultanate to China, and officials were present on the occasion. — ONA
