Alawi meets UAE foreign minister

ABU DHABI: Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdallah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, met Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), in the presence of Abdul Latif bin Rashid al Zayani, GCC Secretary-General, as part of a GCC tour and the Sultanate’s presidency of the current GCC session. They discussed ways of fostering GCC relations to achieve the goals and aspirations of the leaders and the peoples of the GCC region. The meeting was attended by officials from the foreign ministries of both countries and the GCC general secretariat. — ONA
