Mudhaibi excavations reveal Bronze Age civilizations

Muscat: The excavations at Ghoreen in the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi revealed the existence of two ancient civilizations dating back to the early Bronze Age; one from 2000-3500 BC and another from 3500 to 2000 BC.
The excavations were conducted by Sultan Qaboos University's College of Arts and Social Sciences in cooperation with the Ministry of Heritage and Culture.
