HM gets message from Qatar Emir

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos received a written message from Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani, Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar. The message was received by Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal al Busaidy, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, when he received at his office in Muscat on Tuesday Ali bin Fahad al Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Sultanate.
