Oman jumps 15 places in Corruption Perception Index

Muscat: Oman jumps 15 places globally in the Corruption Perception Index (CPI) and comes in third place on the Arab level due to measures taken to improve its ranking.

The index ranks 180 countries and territories according to perceptions of the spread of corruption in its public sector, based on the views of experts and business leaders, on a scale of 0 to 100 points, where zero is the most corrupt, while 100 is the most honest.
