Over 200 expats arrested for labour law violations

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) in Muscat, in cooperation with the support of competent authorities, recently carried out a campaign against violations of the Foreigners Residency and Labour laws.
A total of 234 expatriate workers were arrested from Hamriyah area of Ruwi with legal actions initiated against them, said the ROP.
