His Majesty pardons 478 prisoners

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, the Supreme Commander has issued a Royal pardon to a number of prisoners convicted of different cases. They included 478 prisoners, 240 of them are foreign prisoners.
His Majesty, the Supreme Commander's Royal pardon coincides with the Blessed Eid Al Fitr 1440H and in consideration of families of the prisoners. --ONA
