Muscat: The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs committee confirmed the sighting of the moon of Shawaal. Wednesday will be the first day of Shawwal.
People across the Sultanate will celebrate the biggest day of the year in their own traditional style. Eid prayers will be held on Wednesday across the Sultanate at various mosques.
