Omani-Italian Joint Exercise begins

The Omani-Italian Joint Exercise (Jabal Shams 2) began in Italy on Monday. Units of Royal Army of Oman (RAO) from Musandam sector took part in the exercise with the participation of Italian land forces. A briefing was given on preparatory stages of the drill, as well as its practical stages to achieve the prospective goals of both sides. The exercise continues till June 28.
