Two Omani pilgrims die in Saudi bus accident

Muscat: Two Omani pilgrims died in Saudi Arabia as the bus in which they were traveling met with an accident. Some pilgrims also suffered minor injuries while alternative arrangements were made to bring back the pilgrims to Oman. The accident took place in the Haradh area, around 80 km away from the Al Batha border as the pilgrims were returning to the Sultanate. According to sources, the victims, Muaid al Shukaili and Abdulsalam al Thuhli were residents of Rustaq. The sources said that the bus was carrying 41 passengers before it collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction. [gallery ids='598465,598371']
