Oman's Ministry of Education issues instruction for schools

Muscat: The Ministry of Education has said that all schools in Oman should maintain the national flag at half-mast and not raise it during the mourning period as instructed by the Diwan of Royal Court. It also said that the national anthem should be skipped with no salute during this period.
