His Majesty pardons 282 prisoners

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik, Supreme Commander, has issued a Royal pardon to a number of prisoners convicted of different cases. They included 282 prisoners, 123 of them are foreign prisoners. The announcement came after the 40-day mourning period ended.
