HM the Sultan condoles Emir of Kuwait

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jabir al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait on the death of Shaikha Haya Abdullah Al Ali Al Malik al Sabah. In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to Shaikh Sabah, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest the bereaved's soul in peace and grant her family patience. --ONA
