ROP makes biggest narcotics bust in recent times

Muscat: In the largest narcotics seizure of recent years, the Royal Oman Police arrested an international smuggler of Asian nationality for possessing 350 kg of various types of drugs and psychotropic substances.
On Thursday, the Department of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances, led by the Dhofar Police, arrested five people of African and Asian nationalities for possession of narcotic drugs and seized 331 tablets.
