This report is part of a series of periodic updates that have tracked the implementation of the Vision since its inception. '
The first report, issued in 2021, focused on defining the components of the Vision, the national programs, and the establishment of a follow-up framework. Subsequent reports have monitored the execution of programs and initiatives, tracked progress against key performance indicators—comparing actual results with established targets—and identified both areas of advancement and aspects requiring further development. These reports have also enabled the public to follow the progress of the Vision’s implementation.
