Tesla to end Cybertruck production next year

Washington: Tesla will wind down production of its Cybertruck pickup at its Texas factory around the middle of 2027, chief executive Elon Musk said Friday, signaling a likely end for a vehicle that fell far short of his sales ambitions.
Tesla sold only 20, 237 Cybertrucks in 2025, down from 38,965 the previous year, according to figures from Kelley Blue Book. After commercial production of the truck started in 2023, Musk had predicted annual sales of 250,000 Cybertrucks. The vehicle initially sold for $60,990.
