Indian seafarers come under attack; ambassador visits injured

The Indian Ambassador Prashant Pise recently visited the injured Indian seafarers at KIMS Hospital, Muscat, who were victims of the recent attack on a commercial vessel.
He enquired about their well-being and discussed their treatment and recovery with the hospital team.

Meanwhile, Royal Air Force of Oman (RFO), in cooperation and coordination with the relevant authorities, conducted a medical evacuation of a crew member of an Indian vessel that was targeted in the Strait of Hormuz.
The injured person was airlifted from Khasab Hospital in Musandam Governorate to Khoula Hospital in Muscat Governorate to complete the necessary specialized treatment.
