Oman, World Food Programme discuss humanitarian cooperation

MUSCAT: Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali al Harthi, Under-Secretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs, received on Wednesday at his office Carl Skau, Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). During the meeting, the two sides discussed aspects of cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and the World Food Programme, as well as ways to support international efforts aimed at addressing humanitarian needs and strengthening food security.
