MUSCAT: Falcon for Badminton Excellence wrapped up the first season of the Falcon Sur Cup on October 16, after two days of competition at Falcon Badminton Academy, Senaya, Sur. Played under the theme 'Learn to play, train to win', the tournament brought together kids, men and women in singles and doubles events.
The crowd saw close finals, comebacks and a standout run from young Karthick CS, who won the Under 13, Under 15 and Under 17 boys’ singles titles. His U17 final against Mighael Stephenraj was decided 21-18.
