Sea-goers in Musandam told to keep away from scattered containers

 The Oman Maritime Security Center (MSC) has called on fishermen and sea-goers in Musandam Governorate to exercise utmost caution and vigilance, and to refrain from approaching the scattered containers resulting from the sinking of the vessel (GFS PRIDE) on October 14, 2026.

It asked them not to attempt to open or handle them in any manner, due to the possibility that they may contain hazardous materials.
