HM concludes visit to Kazakhstan

Astana: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik left Astana on Tuesday, concluding his two-day state visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan led the farewell party for His Majesty at Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport in Astana. His Majesty was also seen off by a number of senior Kazakh officials and members of the Omani Embassy in Astana.

Prior to departure, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a cable of thanks to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere appreciation to President Tokayev for the warm welcome and generous hospitality accorded to him and the accompanying delegation.

His Majesty commended the positive results yielded by the visit, which will contribute to deepening ties and relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Kazakhstan and open new horizons for cooperation and investment between the two countries across various sectors.
