Oman participates in GCC Health Ministers Committee meeting

MANAMA: The Sultanate of Oman took part in the 12th meeting of the Committee of Ministers of Health of the GCC, held in the Bahraini capital, Manama.
Oman’s delegation was headed by Dr Hilal bin Ali al Sabti, Minister of Health.
The meeting’s proceedings discussed developments in the Gulf Virtual Health Network project, the development of health insurance systems, the outcomes of unifying classification and registration procedures for health specialties, updating expatriate examination regulations, expanding the implementation of the “Healthy Cities” programme, and the adoption of recommendations from the technical committees and joint working groups. - ONA
