NCEM refutes video on oil pollution in Ras Madrakah

Muscat: The National Committee for Emergency Management (NCEM) has stated that a video circulating on social media, showing fishermen’s nets affected by the current oil pollution in Ras Madrakah, is incorrect and pertains to another incident in one of the governorates, which was dealt with at the time.

NCEM urged the public to obtain news from reliable sources and avoid spreading rumors and misinformation.
