3 rescued while kayaking near Qurum Beach

Muscat: The Coast Guard Command of the Royal Oman Police rescued three people who were drowning after their boat capsized while they were kayaking near Al Qurum Beach in the Wilayat of Bausher.

In another incident, a patrol from the Coast Guard in the North Al Batinah Governorate spotted a child about to drown off the Silver Jubilee Park in the Wilayat of Suhar. The team rescued him and provided him with first aid; he is in good health.
