HH added, 'This great achievement calls for pride and honour. The excellence achieved by our students is not merely an academic success; rather, it is a testament to sincere determination and an ambition that knows no impossibility. Furthermore, success does not stop at this moment, but rather grants its achiever a greater responsibility toward themselves, their family, their community and their nation. Congratulations to you on this excellence and distinction.'
He pointed out that science and knowledge are a light that illuminates paths, noting, 'Carry the banner of knowledge with pride and proceed with confident steps toward the horizons of the future. HH Sayyid Bilarab said, 'On this occasion, my dear students, my message to you as you turn a page in your lives, is to invite you to be like a beacon overflowing with the light of knowledge, science and good morals. Remain rooted in your authentic Omani values, standing firm like the mountains of Oman in a rapidly changing world. Let your principles be a scale and your minds insightful. Never forsake the noble morals, love for the homeland and devotion to it upon which you were raised. Each one of you carries a dream and the gathering of these dreams is what shapes the nation's future. Be the best representatives of Oman wherever the paths of life take you, make your knowledge beneficial, your contributions continuous, and your success an addition to this dear homeland.'
