Madagascar President receives OIA chairman

ANTANANARIVO: President Colonel Michael Randrianirina of the Republic of Madagascar received on Tuesday Abdulsalam bin Mohammed al Murshidi, President of Oman Investment Authority (OIA), at Iavoloha Palace in Madagascar’s capital, Antananarivo.
This meeting comes within the framework of the visit conducted by the Chairman of the OIA to explore prospects for cooperation in economic and investment fields between the two countries.
During the meeting, the two sides touched upon economic and investment cooperation opportunities, as well as the efforts exerted to enhance them across various sectors.
Both sides affirmed the keenness of the leaderships of the two countries to push these relations towards broader horizons in various fields, in a manner that serves mutual interests. - ONA
