Oman participates in Brunei International Book Fair

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, is taking part in the Brunei International Book Fair 2026, which began on Saturday and is running until July 21 in Bandar Seri Begawan, capital of Brunei Darussalam.
The ministry’s pavilion at the book fair offers valuable books and publications in the literary, intellectual, and heritage fields in both Arabic and English. The pavilion also displays a diverse collection of publications reflecting the richness of Omani culture as well as works highlighting the Sultanate of Oman’s literary, intellectual, and historical contributions, in addition to promotional brochures for Omani tourism.
The Sultanate of Oman’s participation in the exhibition comes within the framework of the strong bilateral cultural relations between the two friendly countries and represents a cultural bridge to convey Omani intellectual output in various international forums and book fairs in light of the increasing interest of Bruneian society in Omani culture and the Arabic language. — ONA
