During his field inspection of the project, Sheikh Dr Abdulhamid Abdulrahman al Kharousi, Deputy Wali of Muttrah, stated that work is proceeding exactly as planned across all project components. The ongoing completions encompass project facilities and cable car stations; designated visitor pathways; technical operations, along with comprehensive security and safety procedures and essential public services.

He emphasized the paramount importance of continuing the work according to the specified timeframes while strictly adhering to quality and safety requirements throughout all implementation phases.

Al Kharousi pointed out that the project represents a substantial qualitative addition to the tourism portfolio in the Wilayat of Muttrah. It is expected to significantly contribute to enhancing both tourism and economic activity, attracting visitors from within the Sultanate of Oman and abroad.
