IBRA: The Directorate-General of Education in Al Sharqiyah North Governorate celebrated on Sunday in Ibra the honouring of high-achieving students and winners of cultural and scientific innovation competitions for the 2025-2026 school year.
The ceremony was held under the auspices of Dr Intisar bint Abdullah Ambosaidi, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Education for Supporting Educational Programmes.
The celebration comes within the framework of the commitment to nurturing talented and creative individuals, motivating students toward excellence and innovation, and fostering a culture of achievement and positive competition across various educational, cultural and scientific fields.
The number of honourees reached approximately 360 students and teachers, in recognition of their efforts, excellence, and honourable achievements at the level of the governorate’s schools.
The ceremony programme included the presentation of several diverse segments, including chanting and poetry, as well as the honouring of high achievers in various fields and competitions. — ONA
