Gulf Cooperation Council meets for an exceptional summit in Jeddah

The Gulf Cooperation Council will convene an exceptional summit in Jeddah on Tuesday, Kuwait's state news agency said.
Kuwait's crown prince is heading to the summit, the agency added.
